Directive 2003/87/EC introduces European Trading Scheme allowances of greenhouse gases within the Community. Trading with quotas is the main instrument for implementing Community obligations under the Kyoto Protocol. European scheme for emissions trading requires all operators within the scheme to have a "Permit for emissions of greenhouse gases”.
In this connection, we offer preparation of an Application for a permit for greenhouse gas emissions, including relevant Plan for monitoring greenhouse gas emissions.
Operators, based on verified annual reports for quantity of greenhouse gases emitted, prepared in accordance with the approved monitoring plan, report to the competent authority the amount of allowances emitted. Each operator is required by 30 April each year to submit the state bill in the National Register to record the issuance, holding, transfer and cancellation of quotas for greenhouse gas emission certificates equal to the amount of CO2 emitted during the year under the Annual verified report.
